Our Returns Policy

You may return Documents issued by worlddriversclub.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items
(however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, You should contact us immediately by email).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or scratched or with removed security hologram.
Returning Items Purchased from Other companies.

Disputes

World drivers club wants every order to go as smoothly as possible, but in rare cases, disputes will occur.
Since the issuing agreement is between the customer and the issuer, worlddriversclub.com cannot intervene in the event of a dispute.
Customers should contact their issuer with questions about an IDL, ID or TaxPayer ID order.
